Kindler opened in January 2025 as the main restaurant at Three Waters Resort & Marina, at mile marker 84 in Islamorada. The open kitchen is built around a wood-fired hearth, and nearly everything comes off it.
The seafood is wild-caught from local vendors, and the meats are free-range and grass-fed. It's dinner Wednesday through Sunday, with brunch on weekends.
Kindler at Three Waters Resort is part of Taste the Keys for October 2026, the Key Largo Chamber of Commerce's month of prix-fixe menus at Upper Keys restaurants.
