C&C says it had the first wood-fired oven in Key Largo, and it still cooks everything over wood. The menu is Neapolitan pizza and wood-fired steaks, and it skips seafood on purpose. Founders Mike and Jill have lived in the Keys for more than 30 years.
Locals have voted it Best Pizza and Best Happy Hour in the Upper Keys People's Choice every year from 2022 to 2025. Happy hour is 4 to 6 daily. They also hold a retail license, so you can take wine, beer and canned cocktails to go.
C&C Wood Fired Eats is part of Taste the Keys for October 2026, the Key Largo Chamber of Commerce's month of prix-fixe menus at Upper Keys restaurants. The prix fixe is $29 (Sunday through Thursday, 4 to 10 pm). Tax and tip are extra. The signature dish is the Short Rib Lasagna. The rest of the lineup is in our October in the Keys guide.
