Isis and Tony Wright opened Italian Food Company in Key Largo in 2020. The pizza is Neapolitan and wood-fired, a program built with Naples pizzaiolo Leopoldo Figlioli. A lot of the rest of the menu comes from Tony's Sicilian mother, Maria, who still rolls the meatballs.
The same family runs Lido 73 and Italian Food Company Express in Tavernier, plus a location in Islamorada.
